Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo - Demo
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo - Demo
Kulebra and the Souls of Limbo is a 3D adventure game where you’ll meet the many good and not-so-good folks of Limbo, a place where souls with deep regrets are cursed into repeating the same day on a loop. Use your wits and keen eye to gather clues from the residents and find items that will help you to breach the obstacles in your path one by one.
You play as Kulebra, a dead snake with a heart of gold that wakes up in Limbo. With his only lead being the words of a strange Old Lady, he embarks on a quest to find his purpose while sharing his light with the residents in hopes of helping them as well.
This demo contains a 1.5 to 2 hour-long adventure for you to have fun with and get a taste of what this game is about! This story will be continued in the full release.
Features:
- A game that will reward you for interacting with the world, paying attention to details, and connecting the dots.
- Full of characters with their own quirks, side stories, and schedules that bring life to this world despite most of them being very dead.
- An in-game day, dusk, and night cycle that will change the world and characters, ending with the curse that resets the souls of Limbo back to the start.
- A notebook will keep track of important details for you, so you can't blame me if you weren't paying attention.
- Confront the dark souls attempting to put out your light; Overcome their challenges that will test everything you’ve learned in this journey.
- Bilingual! This game supports the English and Spanish languages.
- A 1.5 to 2 hour-long fulfilling adventure with a beginning and end! (To be continued in the full release)
- And many secrets are hidden away for you to find! (If you’re thorough, that is)

The attribute "Average session: A few minutes" is a pure lie - I had to play the entire demo in one go because it was so captivating ;-)
I needed slightly above two hours by the way, including the sanctuary. (Or at least I hope that I solved the sanctuary - is the option to put the item out again used for something?)
Hey ifo, thank you very much for completing the demo! Glad you had so much fun with it. And yeah, you completed it! Though that item may have some use in the final release. ;)
Hello there!! I've been playing through the demo and LOVE IT SO MUCH so far! I'm recording it for let's plays, and hope to share it with more people :D I wanted to be as thorough as possible, and was wondering whether I could ask about certain parts, or if it'd be better to keep trying without hints. But...I'm towards the end of the demo, and was wondering if it was possible to get into the sanctuary. I'm stuck on the door and alarm part, and wasn't sure if it was possible, or if I was just missing a step. Since this demo just came out, there isn't a lot of discussion about specific parts of the game, so I wanted to ask the developers directly! Totally understand if you can't give hints, and would rather leave it up to exploration haha! Thank you either way, LOVE the game so far, and I can't wait for the full thing!
Hey astroaxus, I'm glad you're enjoying the game so much and I'd be happy to help you out! And yes, it's possible to get into the sanctuary and solve the puzzle in there.
I don't want to spoil the solution in here, but you if you email me at support@gallagames.com we can help you out more.
Also, let us know when you release the video, we'd be happy to check it out! c:
hi guys, im really eager to play the game but i cannot get pass this screen. The animation an the music plays but no input will move it forward. Im playing on windows 10 with keyboard and mouse, cheers!
Hey garbunka!
First of all, thanks for trying out the game!
Second, the first time you boot up the game before creating your first save file, you cannot skip the intro cutscene, it auto-plays, but it should only take a couple of minutes, after that the title screen will appear and you will be able to play, if the animation is getting stuck at some point then that's not intended.
I'll double-check the Windows build. Sorry for the inconvenience, next update I should let people skip the intro regardless if they've played it before.
Also, make sure you click on the game window when it goes fullscreen, sometimes Windows likes to open something but doesn't focus it.
Hey, so I just figured out what's causing it, apparently the regional format can affect how the game behaves, setting it to English (United States) fixes it, I'll have a fix for tomorrow, so you should be able to download it and play it without any issues.
This bug has been fixed in the latest patch. Download the new version and you should be able to play no-problem-o!
Let me know if it's working for you or if the problem persists.
Cheers!
It works perfectly, thank you guys! 💖
